Cornelius terms of use

These terms cover the Cornelius app for iPhone, made by SOFAVERSE STUDIOS LTDA., CNPJ 65.463.254/0001-91, Alameda Dourado, 535, Alphaville, Santana de Parnaíba, SP, 06540-285, Brazil. Apple's standard license agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.
Your provider and your key
Cornelius works with an API key from an AI provider, a server of your own, or Apple's on-device model. Your account with a provider is yours: its terms and prices apply, and you pay it directly. Long tasks such as deep research, pictures or work that continues in the background can use more of your credit than a short chat, so keep an eye on your provider's usage page.
AI answers can be wrong
Answers come from AI models and from pages on the web. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Check anything important, and do not rely on the app for medical, legal, tax or safety decisions.
Financial analysis
Financial analysis is for information only. It is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Verdicts, fair values and scores are a model's reading of data from third parties, which can be late or wrong. Your investment decisions and their results are yours.
Tools that act for you
The assistant can write and overwrite files in the Cornelius folder and in folders you grant it, so keep backups of what matters.
In the SSH terminal it can type commands on the computers you connect. Each command needs your tap unless you turn on "run all", which removes that check. Text on web pages or in files can try to trick an AI into doing something you did not ask for, so read what you approve. Connect only to computers you are allowed to use. You are responsible for what runs on them.
What you may not do
Do not use the app to break the law, to harm other people, or to break the rules of the services it connects to.
Your content
What you write and create with the app is yours. We do not receive it. The privacy policy explains where it goes.
No guarantee
The app is provided as it is. The services it connects to can change or stop working. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by those services. Nothing here limits your rights under Brazil's consumer protection code or other consumer laws that apply to you.
Changes and law
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
